Here are some simple house rules for this apartment at Riddertunet.

 

ON ARRIVAL:

 

Turn up the heat on the different thermostats according to the desired heat. NB! This applies to the black boxes in the bathrooms, hallway and living room. The white box should not be touched.

A WASHING MACHINE in the bathroom can of course be used if you need to do laundry. Combined wash/dry.

 

POWDER APP can be found in the front door in the hallway. Make sure you know where you will find this when you arrive at the apartment. Otherwise, there is a sprinkler system and smoke detectors in the apartment.

 

THE APARTMENT must at all times be inhabited by a maximum of the number of adults, young people and children for whom the apartment is made available, this due to security.

PARKING CAN TAKE PLACE IN THE DESIGNATED PARKING SPACE INSIDE THE PARKING BUILDING (H0203)There are also 2 guest parking spaces in the garage facility that can be used if these are available. Parking space also below the apartment building by the garbage containers.

For the sake of neighbors etc, there should be peace in the apartment no later than 2300

 

WASTE SORTING

At Beitostølen, there is a strong focus on the environment. In this connection, we practice WASTE SORTING.

WASTE BINS are placed in the garage on floor-2 (take the elevator down to -2 floors, there you will find waste bins for food/plastic/cardboard/leftover etc.  Alternatively, there are also waste containers at the entrance to the parking lot below the parking building

 

We sort the following:

 

- Cardboard and paper

-Catering waste

-Plastic

-remainder

 

EMPTY GOODS are removed from the apartment. It can be disposed of in a separate waste shed by the containers. In addition, you support the local Red Cross.

 

You have access to SMØREBOD in the common room at the north end on floor 1. Here you can advantageously groom cross-country skis, slalom skis, etc.

 

STORAGE OF SKIS/POLES is not allowed INSIDE the APARTMENT. Ski boots must not be used indoors. Ski equipment etc can be put in the shed at the south end of the garage marked 203.

 

SMOKING inside the apartment is NOT allowed.

 

ON DEPARTURE:

 

Unless otherwise agreed, the tenant must provide the CLEANING himself. Vacuum cleaner, broom and bucket can be found in the sliding door wardrobe. DETERGENTS are also available in the sliding door wardrobe in the hallway. If the cleaning is not satisfactory, the deposit amount may be charged up to NOK. 1.100,- immediately.

 

All thermostats are turned down to about 18 degrees when you check out of the apartment.

 

ALL DISHES MUST BE fully washed and put back in place when you leave. The DISHWASHER should under no circumstances be left running when you leave the apartment. This also applies to those who have paid for the cleaning.

The kitchen counter/table should be wiped over to remove crumbs and food residues. Also applies to those who have paid for the cleaning.

 

UNPLUG the kettle, coffee maker etc. The same goes for TV and RADIO.

 

All LIGHTS will turn off.

 

ALL GARBAGE must be taken with you on departure (ref source sorting above). Also applies to MAGAZINES and NEWSPAPERS. This also applies to those who have paid for the cleaning.

 

Remember to LOCK THE FRONT DOOR when you leave the apartment. Remember that the handle must be pushed up in order for it to be locked. Key (exit door and garage door) as well as key to storage room in the garage and remote control garage door are delivered to the specified address on departure. Any lost key/remote control will be replaced with up to NOK. 5.000,-.

 

As soon as the apartment has been inspected and found to be in order, the DEPOSIT amount will be returned to the tenant in full (assuming no claims in the deposit). This takes place no later than 1 - 2 days after the end of the rental period.
