HOUSE RULES HAFJELL

DEAR GUEST,

A WARM WELCOME to this apartment in Geitryggen 30B in Kringelåslia on Hafjell.

​

We wish you a VERY NICE stay here in Hafjell.

Here are some simple house rules for this apartment in Geitryggen 30B in Kringelåslia in Hafjell.

 

ON ARRIVAL:

 

Turn up the HEATING CABLES in the hallway and in the bathroom. This is done by opening cabinets to the left in the hallway and turning on the switches for heating cables in the hallway and in the bathroom.

 

GAS FIREPLACE in living room is switched on with a black remote control. If it is not possible to turn on the fireplace with the remote control, this must be done in another way. (See separate instructions for this that can be found in a binder in the cupboard in the hallway)

 

PANEL HEATERS in the living room and bedroom can be used as needed.

 

When SHOWERING etc. in the bathroom, the FAN must be turned on for ventilation. This is turned off when the humidity in the bathroom has decreased.

 

A WASHING MACHINE in the bathroom can of course be used if you need to do laundry.

 

FIRE HOSE in cabinet under sink in the kitchen.

 

THE APARTMENT must at all times be inhabited by a maximum of the number of adults, young people and children for whom the apartment is made available, this due to security.

 

PARKING must take place in a shared parking space, in addition to the designated space in the indoor garage facility. ONLY on and off in the space outside the apartment building.

For the sake of neighbors etc, there should be peace in the apartment no later than 2300

 

WASTE SORTING


In the Hafjell area, there is a strong focus on the environment. In this connection, we practice WASTE SORTING.

WASTE CONTAINERS are placed before the last bridge at the entrance to the parking lot.

 

We sort the following:

 

- Cardboard and paper

- Metal and glass

-Catering waste

- Residual waste

 

EMPTY GOODS are removed from the apartment. It can be disposed of in a separate waste shed by the containers. In addition, you support the local Red Cross.

 

You have access to SMØREBOD in the common building outside the apartment. Here you can advantageously groom cross-country skis, slalom skis, etc.

 

STORAGE OF SKIS/POLES is not allowed INSIDE the APARTMENT. Ski boots must not be used indoors.

 

SMOKING inside the apartment is NOT allowed.

 

ON DEPARTURE:

 

Unless otherwise agreed, the tenant must provide the CLEANING himself. Vacuum cleaner can be found in cabinets in the master bedroom/alternatively in the hallway. DETERGENTS/BUCKET can be found in cabinets under the sink or in cabinets in the hallway. If the cleaning is not satisfactory, the deposit amount may be charged up to NOK. 1.100,- immediately.

 

The heating cables in the hallway and in the bathroom are turned down to about 15 degrees. The fan in the bathroom MUST be turned off completely. Also make sure that the gas fireplace is turned off (with the remote control, i.e. that the pilot flame can burn)

 

Turn down any PANEL HEATERS to 15 degrees. PANEL HEATERS in the bedrooms may be turned off completely.

 

ALL DISHES MUST BE fully washed and put back in place when you leave. The DISHWASHER should under no circumstances be left running when you leave the apartment. This also applies to those who have paid for the cleaning.

The kitchen counter/table should be wiped over to remove crumbs and food residues. Also applies to those who have paid for the cleaning.

 

UNPLUG the kettle, coffee maker etc. The same goes for TV and RADIO.

 

All LIGHTS will turn off.

 

ALL GARBAGE must be taken with you on departure (ref source sorting above). Also applies to MAGAZINES and NEWSPAPERS.

 

Remember to LOCK THE FRONT DOOR when you leave the apartment. The key is put back in the KEY BOX. Remember to spin the code wheel after the key has been put in place.

 

As soon as the apartment has been inspected and found in order, the DEPOSIT AMOUNT is transferred back to the tenant in full (provided no claims in the deposit). This takes place no later than 2-4 days after the end of the rental period.
